Administering surveys to young people and parents
Design and implementation of a multi-channel, community-based strategy to administer surveys to youth and parents. The strategy combined in-person engagement, social media, text messaging, Community Health Workers (CHWs), community fairs, and other direct community outreach channels to expand reach and encourage participation.
Data processing and analysis
Transforming survey results into actionable information for decision-making. The project involved preparing and organizing databases, coding responses, data cleaning, and quantitative analysis (descriptive, comparative, and index construction), thereby generating structured information regarding the community's needs and perspectives.
Creation of bilingual videos for social media
Production of bilingual (English/Spanish) audiovisual content for the social media channels of a community-based health clinic. Elevate assisted with the conceptualization, script development, and editing of videos designed to communicate health programs, services, and prevention messages in a clear, approachable, and culturally relevant manner.
Audiovisual content for waiting rooms
Design, production, and maintenance of audiovisual content for the clinic's waiting room screens. The videos communicate information about services, programs, prevention, and community resources while patients wait, transforming an everyday space into an opportunity for education and community connection.
